how can we help?

Neck, back and joint pains

Any back, neck or joint pain can really slow you down and stop you performing, or even just stop you from getting a good nights sleep. Whether it's from sitting at a desk too long, taking a hard knock during a game, or you just have general aches and pains, it's important to get back to 100% as quickly as possible.

With expert diagnostic skills we can quickly find the cause of your problem and provide treatment to help ensure a speedy recovery. We will also work with you to make sure you understand the cause of your issue and provide advice on how to prevent re-injury, leaving you feeling great and without having to fork out for ongoing treatment. Book a consultation and make the first step towards being pain-free.

Rehabilitation

If you have suffered an injury or have a long-term issue, you might need a more comprehensive program to get you back on track. And it's important to start treatment as early as possible - the longer you wait, the harder it can be to make a full recovery.

Drawing on our experience dealing with a wide range of rehabilitation cases, we can help you to develop a specific program for your injury. Whether you have a full gym membership, some home equipment, or just need the essential basics, we will make sure your program is fully tailored to your fitness, lifestyle and needs.

And once you're on the road to recovery we will provide you with preventative exercises to reduce your risk of re-injury, giving you the peace of mind to get back to living life to the fullest. Book a consultation to discuss how we can help get you back to your best.

Joint replacement programs

The decision to have a joint replacement is not to be taken lightly but it really is an effective way to increase mobility. And honestly it could be the best decision you ever make.

We can help you both before and after surgery. Having a joint replaced can be a whirlwind process (more on this in our blog) The exercises that were given to you in hospital might be hard to do or confusing. Many people we speak to say they are overwhelmed after surgery. So we recommend that we work with you before surgery too to help you get prepared for what's to come.

We can tailor your home exercise program to your current level and provide tips to make things easier. This is key because it means you will have a better understanding of the full process, and what's expected of you during recovery.

Our main goal (and hopefully yours too) is about helping you get back to normal as quickly as possible. Even if you are only at the consideration stage, a chat with us might be helpful. Book a consultation to learn more.

Performance optimisation

We have been working with elite and amateur athletes from a range of backgrounds for many years. So whether you're a weekend warrior, or a full blown professional, we can help you sort out any injuries preventing you from performing at your best.

From the smallest twinge that you just want to know how to get rid of, to long term injuries, we will quickly and accurately diagnose your problem and provide a targeted treatment approach to get you back in the game. We can also help with rehabilitation following reconstructive surgery, providing a complete program for your recovery.

Aside from treating injuries, we will provide you with the tools you need to stay injury-free after you have finished your physiotherapy treatment, leaving you to focus on achieving your goals. Book a consultation

NDIS

Physiotherapy programs for people living with developmental and intellectual disabilities involve understanding how these conditions can affect movement, learning, and motor planning.

Each person and the way their condition impacts them is very unique which requires looking deeper into the goals of the individual and how to best utilise exercise and physiotherapy to reach them. When working with people with developmental or intellectual disabilities our Physiotherapists look for task or game based movements that work towards the clinical goals while enjoying the sessions. Our Physiotherapists modify and adapt their programs regularly to meet the needs of our clients and their goals.

We are able to assist participants who are Self Managed or Plan Managed. Book a consultation for a chat about how we can help.

Programs for over 55's

Flexibility, balance and strength building programs are key to helping you age well and stay healthy.

The best way to avoid any bone or joint injuries as you age is to prevent the most common cause of these injuries - falling. Keeping stable, strong and flexible is not only essential in decreasing your chance of falling but also in helping to prevent other injuries. Whether you require a falls prevention program, a rehabilitation program, or general fitness, we can develop a program tailored to your needs and level of fitness. Book a consultation for a chat about how we can help you.

Workers compensation and motor vehicle claims

If you need physiotherapy treatment for a work injury or car accident which is covered under compensation, we can help. Finding the right help is important and in most cases you are able to choose a physiotherapist yourself, and still be covered under your compensation claim.

We can help with immediate treatment after an accident, right through to home recovery. We focus on hands-on treatment first and foremost, and as you progress, set you up with a tailored rehab program to get you back to normal as quickly as possible. We will also work with our partners to set up rehabilitation programs based in hydrotherapy or the gym where required. Book a consultation to speak to us about your case further.
